About
About Nepgadgets
Nepgadgets is Nepal's gadget price and specifications platform. We track what phones, laptops, wearables and other tech actually cost in Nepal, publish full specifications for every model, and make it easy to compare before you buy — all in rupees, all checked against real sources.
What we do
Prices, tracked properly
We collect prices from retailers and official listings across Nepal and publish them in NPR. Every price on the site names its source and the date it was checked — no source, no price.
Full specifications
Complete, standardised spec sheets for every gadget we list, organised the same way for every model so two products can be compared line by line without guesswork.
Honest comparisons
Side-by-side comparisons built from the same verified prices and specs we publish — so the differences you see are the differences that actually exist.
Price history
When a price changes, the old one stays in the record. History helps you spot a genuine price drop — and ignore a fake discount.
The catalogue
Our database currently covers 300+ gadgets across mobile phones, laptops, smartwatches and wearables, earbuds and audio, tablets, cameras and accessories — from budget feature phones to flagship foldables. Every product page brings together its current Nepal price, the retailer or listing it came from, the date that price was verified, and a full specification sheet.
Independent by design
Nepgadgets is an independent tech-media platform. We don't sell the products we list, and no brand or retailer can pay to change a price, a specification or a ranking. How we work is written down in the open: read how we verify prices and our editorial policy.
Made in Nepal, for Nepali buyers
Nepgadgets is built and run in Nepal. Prices here move for local reasons — distributor pricing, stock, the exchange rate — so a price database for Nepal has to be maintained from Nepal, against Nepal's own retailers and listings. That is the job we do every day.
